Is XCode best to acheive my goal?

Hi. I created a spreadsheet in which most of the cells (columns) are filled from different picklists along with some URL links and notes. I would like to build an app that will give results of the filtered data (multiple filters). Is XCode the best to do that considering that I a am a beginner? I have plenty of time to read and learn.

Your question is a bit vague, so hard to give a very affirmative answer.

I understand you target MacOS ? That's something that can be done in Xcode with Swift for sure.

Just take care, not undertaking to develop a full Excel like. That would be a HUGE endeavour.

But just create a table with various filters can < easily > be developed.
