Around how long does it take for an Apple News Publisher application to be accepted / declined. I have been waiting for 4 months now.

Under review. The Apple News team is reviewing your application. These sample articles can't be edited or deleted until the review is complete.
This is a follow up post to my last.
I agree. I can't find an approximate timeline of approval.
We are wondering the same thing. We have only waited for one month. Based on the many threads on this topic, however, it's clear the application process can take quite a bit longer.
In the past, the review only took 3 weeks for similar media organizations.
If anyone has tips or information on how to speed up this review or get in Apple's ears, please do share.
It is quite frustrating. There is no information on the Apple News review timeline of approval. I have been waiting for 3 months now and I contacted the support team with no help at all. They told me "The review for your channel is currently in progress and requires additional time.". It seems that I am not the only one in this situation.
