In "shortcut" app, it is possible to make a trigger to push notification for launching specific application when bluetooth(including wifi, carplay and so on) are connected.
however, it seems that it's not possible for my app to do push notification when bluetooth are connected or disconnected, as far as I know. Even though my app is in background mode, it seems to consume device resources or be unstable, as below.

Thus, I'd like to know that there is any way to set up a trigger to push notification for my app whenever the state of bluetooth connection is changed like shortcut app.
