Regarding the doc(https://developer.apple.com/documentation/sign_in_with_apple/sign_in_with_apple_rest_api/authenticating_users_with_sign_in_with_apple), I'd like to ask the uniqueless of the user identifier.
Is the user identifier unique globally? Is there any possiblity that there might be the same user identifier across team scopes which is different user?
Let me ask from another perspective, if we need to support multiple team scopes, can I apply a unique index into the user identifer cloumn in DB?
