I am not able to install Xcode Command Line on my MAC running Monterey. I got the following error: "Command Line Tools can't be installed on this disk. The version of macOS is too new." I am trying to install the latest version: 12.5

well the latest version is now 13.3 according to: https://developer.apple.com/download/all/?q=xcode and installs just fine.
but i still require to install version: 12.5 since i have a dependency that is not buildable with 13.3. So how to install to old Command Line Tools versions?
