viber doesnt want to restore from icloud on my new phone, and its storage on icloud was 37 now number is getting lower to 31 and still no viber estored, it is as if first time to install the app is empty can u help me please

Ok thank you so much …. seams i have a problem with viber … the restore option doesnt show up … do u think if viber backup on icloud decreased to 0 , can apple fix that ? I lean do they have a backup from my icloud ? Can they help ? thank you again
