transfer my app to other company and migration transfer_id

Hello.

I wil transfer my app to other company.

But my app is using Sign in with Apple and my Database is using using Siwa's userId as my DataBase User Key.

(Siwa's userId is 'sub' in Siwa's identifier like '001081.707581c8d123474aad166fa3b9c432c9.0606')

If my app is transfered, I heard that information is changed.

So I will do migration before transftering.

If I do migration and Login to new App, the userID(sub) will remain or change new userId?

(If userId change to new userId, my DataBase will not linked and user will login new account..., so If that case, What should I do for linking my Database?)
