App is being rejected - any assistance would be appreciated

Good morning all. Our app has been rejected. I have yet to submit to the review board. Before I did that, I was hoping to get some insights as to what appropriate next steps should/could be taken. The app currently has over 10,000 users (Android) and has reasonably high ratings on the Play Store. If you wanted to check it out, the app is available from our Website at UsePurpose. The rejection reason: Guideline 3.2.2 - Business - Other Business Model Issues - Unacceptable. The primary purpose of your app is to encourage users to watch ads or perform marketing-oriented tasks, which is not appropriate for the App Store. I never like to ask for help without offering help. We are pretty good at using Xamarin - if anyone has any questions. : )

The rejection message appears clear:

The rejection reason: Guideline 3.2.2 - Business - Other Business Model Issues - Unacceptable. The primary purpose of your app is to encourage users to watch ads or perform marketing-oriented tasks, which is not appropriate for the App Store.

Can you argue against it and prove it is not the case ? Otherwise, you have to change. The fact that it was accepted on other stores is not an argument that will be heard.

Thank you for your reply. Please forgive the length - and of course I do not expect you to read this entire response - but this is how we replied. We would be grateful for any guidance. REPLY SUMMARY HERE: I'd like to provide more information to help App Review better understand my business model. The primary purpose of my app is to be a curated cash back search engine for many well-known products and services and as a way for people to generate a steady income. We do not encourage users to watch ads or perform marketing-oriented tasks. We include links to videos in each of our curated service reviews as a way to educate the user on the service and topic related to their selected goal. We do not benefit financially from these videos. They are used solely for educational purposes. For example, if a user selects the 'side-hustles' goal, we provide pros, cons, reviews and a video on each specific side-hustle. We spend hours researching this information by speaking with actual customers of those services. This information is not easy to find. Purpose encourages people to make better informed decisions about what is best for them. The app also has an innovative earnings sharing feature that allows people to create a steady income by sharing the app with their friends. This is a powerful feature that helps people earn hundreds of dollars per month without having to risk their savings or invest very much time. About 70% of our existing 11,000 users connect their bank account to Purpose. We are then able to suggest even more targeted products and services that can help members pay down their debts, build their credit and/or savings and reduce their existing bills. Privacy and data security are hallmarks of our brand. We don't sell or share data with any third party, which we hope is another unique reason why people trust Purpose. About 85% of our reviews are 5 stars. I've attached a few of them, which I hope provide more insight into why people like Purpose. We have been told that combining financial technologies, self-directed goal search, deeply curated content, cash back and income generation is a very unique model that our users have never seen before.

Good. That's because Apple did a better job than Google at inspecting you or your app. They realized it for the scam, sham and horsesh×t that it is. I have used it before and I am still waiting for my money, heck I'm still awaiting so much as an automated email response about the of receipt of the many emails I have previously sent about not receiving my money. Have I mentioned that I haven't received my money? So, 10,000 users? Yeah, exactly how many of them are real? How did you do it? I know that at least one of your employees wrote a review for you so who are the others who've written about your app? I'm glad the app isn't available on the apple platform. Scammers scamming is all this "app" is. Just another one of your failed "businesses" I guess Mr. Kassman.
