Good morning, I have an old gen3 ipad on iOS 9.3.5 that is logged into apple via our older @me.com apple id. when i try and erase or signout out or turn off find my ipad it requires a login to apple and it returns "verification failed - there was an error connecting to the Apple ID server"
I have reset network settings. The ipad is on wifi and can connect to the internet.
I want to erase so i can dispose off as it still has full family data on it.
