Our Intune Push Cert expired. We no longer have access to the original AppleID which created it. We have also since federated onto ABM. We've delete the original certificate and created a new one, but are having enrolment issues on the iPhones we've already issued. As the iPhones have configuration policies which prevent people from installing profiles, and also from resetting the devices we're having trouble. Also we cannot wipe the devices remotely as intune is not communicating.
We're a bit stuck and would really appreciate some help and support on this.
