Universal Control Stability

I'm using Universal Control across two devices—a MacBook Pro 16" (M1) and a Mac Studio (also M1). Occassionally, the devices decide that they don't want to talk to one another, and it can take a few minutes of fiddling around to get it working once more.

Is there anyone with a similar issue?

It's listed as a beta. Apple uses that phrasing when they expect or when they know gremlins await. If you can figure out any pattern to your disconnective discontrol discombobulations, log a radar bug report with Apple with any reproducer and details and hardware involved.

Late to the party, but I'm experiencing the same issue, with an M1 MacBook Air and a 16-inch M1 MacBook Pro. Switching display mirroring on and off again restores the connection, but obviously that's not practical.

Is Universal Control still listed as a Beta?

This is still happening. UC hasn't been Beta for a very long time, and there have been multiple OS updates since I first reported the issue.
