Logic with AirPods Max spatial audio not available on my mac

In the controlpanel is 3d audio not available with logic but if change to a youtube video on safari its available. Where is the bug?

Logic 10.7.4

Now i'm on MacOs 12.4 no beta and the problem is the 3D audio is working with the Boose bluetotth Headphones but not with Airpods Pro or Airpods Max.

With the Airpods i get 3D Audio not available.

Also the panning right or left is not working?
