Apple Beta Profile

Hi kd3yt, are you downloading from the Apple Public Beta site, or the Apple Developer site?

If it's the former, confirm you're downloading it from your iOS device. You might also have better luck asking this question over in Apple Support Communities run by Apple Support.

if it's the latter, please provide the exact steps you're using, and exactly where things are getting stuck.

OK, Actually it is downloading. When I click on "download profile" it then ask me to save to downloads. After I click that it shows the file as downloaded and says "show" When I click on "show" it takes me to the download folder which is empty. Also if I go to setting I see nothing that says profile.

Suggestions on what I am doing wrong???

Jason, I first posted on the Apple Community forum and I got an email from them that said they had deleted my post and to post it on the developers forum.

I am trying to download it from beta.apple.com/profile. From that site I click on download and it then ask me if I want to save to download which I do. It then shows it as downloaded and give me the option to click "show". When I click "show" it takes me to downloads and there is no file. If I check in settings there is nothing that says "profile" and If I go to software update it shows me up to date with IOS 15.6
