I'm trying to use solution below to fix a monitor display issue, but I'm unable to edit the system files on Monterey. Does anyone know if there is another way to either resolve the monitor issue or gain Read/Write access to the System folder?
- Download the ruby script: https://gist.github.com/adaugherity/7435890
- Run the script with "ruby" followed by the script location/name
- Move the folder created by step two into
Displays/Contents/Resources/Overrides/ - Reboot
