I like to learn more better on how to develop a small things like testing apps and products and then a Developer as a hobby I do not wish to do this as for money but as a gang of knowledge of know how to do it to become an apple developer, I have to pay the $99 per year but I don’t have that and I know there’s a program that can eliminate that can any developer with Apple who can answer that question help

If it is for your own use, not to publish on AppStore, you can get it for free. You will habe to reload app once a week, but that’s a minor constraint.
