Direct Solar Irradiance available?

DarkSky used to have Direct Normal Solar Irradiance (DNI) and Global Horizontal Irradiance (GHI) data in its API along with historical actual/forecast data for all their attributes.

Does anyone know if Apple is supporting these dataset moving forward? It is critical piece of information that we rely for our business and I would like to understand the future release plan for the WeatherKit to determine if we should look elsewhere for weather data. Thanks.

This data is not currently available from WeatherKit, and we cannot comment on future release plans.

Bumping this question. Long-time Dark Sky subscriber. Also need to know about irradiance.

DarkSky support ends by the next March. We need to ensure weather feature availabilities by October in order for our devOp team to migrate all their software. We hope Apple will release future support timelines as soon as possible in order for us to continue use of the DarkSky/WeatherKit API.
