I can’t get my computer working

I installed the macOS Ventura beta and then I wanted to revert. I didn’t save the computer since everything is stored on Google Drive and in my iCloud account. I went to the recovery screen, deleted everything but then the only option to install was the macOS Ventura beta. I didn’t want to install that one because I instead wanted the Monterey one. Now I think I have to install Ventura, then log into the computer, download the Monterey OS and then go back to recovery screen and hopefully choose Monterey this time? Right now my MacBook is kind of stuck in the installation of Ventura beta, and it’s on 3 hours and barely going down after 1 hour.

I then pressed shift option command r, to be offered the macOS that came with the computer. I came to a screen where I had to type in the Wi-Fi password. Now it’s been stuck there for 30 minutes. What should I do?
