How do I Renew an IOS Distribution Certificate From a Desktop Computer?

I have one app and the first year is coming up. I received the email reminder that I have 30 days before my IOS Distribution certificate expires. I can't figure out how to renew the certificate through a desktop computer.

When I originally signed up for a developer account and added my app it was from a desktop (I don't own a Mac). However, I can't remember how I generated the original certificate.

Can someone help me out? Thanks

In general you can create signing certificates from a web browser using the Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles section of the Developer website. The input to this process is a certificate signing request (CSR). On a Mac you create one of those using Certificate Assistant. I’ve no idea how to do that on other platforms. If you need help with that, I recommend that you escalate that via the support channel for the platform you’re using.

A CSR is a more-or-less industry standard for this sort of thing. For more background on that, see Certificate Signing Requests Explained.
