How can i enable Developer Mode without prompt?

I put apple id and signed in for developer, but when i got to settings there was no developer mode prompt, now i cant run utm anymore :((((((((( help

Hope I understood your problem properly.

Did you connect the iPhone to the Mac via USB to allow for developer mode ? You should.
