Why the camera icon is not activated on the home screen after MDM camera profile reclaim

Hi there, I'm unable to reproduce the issue on my end. Couple of thoughts: 1) are there any Screen Time settings enabled that could be disabling the camera? 2) if go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management are there any other polices installed on the device that could be impacting camera (ex. Blocked app list)? 3) If you unenroll from MDM does the app come back? 4) Is it possible someone deleted the app or just removed it from the Home Screen? Check the App Store to see if you can reinstall the app and check App Library to see if the app is there. Failing all of this please file feedback using Feedback Assistant and be sure to include a sysdiagnose.

1. No. Screen Time is not enabled.
2. There is no other profile installed.
3. Deleting the MDM profile does not restore the camera icon on the home screen.
4. I didn't delete it from the home screen. Tested by security personnel. You will see the app in your app library.

This symptom is not the same for all phones (iPhone 11 Pro - 16.0.2). It only occurs on some unspecified devices among customers.

There is no change in MDM Server, but symptoms appeared after the release of iOS16. Let's try Feedback Assistant. But is there a possibility that it will be resolved when the iOS version is updated in the future?
