I just installed Xcode 14.0.1, and after just starting it asks me to agree to the license agreements. I tried read to click agree after getting to the end of the document, and tried many times clicking again. Nothing happens. Only the first time I was asked for touch id verification.
Cannot agree to Xcode and Apple SDKs agreement
Solved it by deleting the current installation, unarchiving the .xip file again and intalling that.
Try manually using terminal - "sudo xcodebuild -license accept"
