I was searching all over the place, and cannot find a working option for SSTP VPN connection from MacOS to Windows-based VPN server using SSTP protocol. Sorry I'm not a really MacOS expert but I have test machine where I'm testing different things. So scenario is quite simple. We have on-prem environment (still, I know) and we use Windows VPN server with SSTP protocol enabled (SSTP is most secure one). We have small group of developers who is using MacOS and they need VPN access to on-prem environment.
Yes, I know, if I search Google for "MacOS SSTP" there are few articles including iSSTP and famous PORTS. I did check them all. My problem, is that because I'm not a MacOS expert, they are not so-user-friendly for me. I can assume that they may work, but unfortunately they are not so easy for me. What I'm really looking for is what is called "Step-by-step procedure" which says click here, run this command, and install this App. I do not need those instructions on the super-low-level like "to run the command open terminal window by clicking on the black icon that looks like a command prompt, but still would be nice to mention something like "run this command in Terminal" or "install this App from this link".
If anybody have any suggestions or links to share please help. What I really need is something that will work. Also (and I think this may be important) I'm looking for the client that will work on MacOS 13 Ventura as it will be released next week and I'm already running MacOS 13 and want to make sure that SSTP solution will work on VENTURA MacOS 13!
