Sidecar does not work

MBP Air 2020 M1 - 12.1 Monterey with iPad Air 2 - 15.7.1

There is no sidecar icon beside the display icon in system preferences. (I did a lot of restart.)

Same account, connected with Apple cable.

What is the problem?
