Missing MobileDevice and Provisioning Profiles folder

I am trying to move my app's mobile provision files to the Provisioning Profiles folder but I can't find that folder. Everyone says that I should see it when I go to Finder, press cmd shift G and search ~/library/MobileDevice/Provisioning Profiles but my Mac gives me an error even when I try ~/library/MobileDevice. Does my Mac not have the MobileDevice/Provisioning Profiles folder, and if so how can I get it?

I don't know if this matters but I recently updated to MacOS Ventura.

When I tried to make a new folder called MobileDevice in the library folder it gave me an error saying that the name was taken. So I tried ~/library/MobileDevice/ again and this time the Provisioning Profiles option came up and I was able to finally locate the Provisioning Profiles folder and move my app's mobile provision files into it.

I think the solution was double clicking on the mobile provision file I downloaded from Apple's website.
