Unable tu run XCode build app after migrating from an Intel MacbookPro to a M1

Since I migrated from my old Intel Macbook to my new M1 Macbook, I'm unable to run my developments in the simulators. The run properly in a real device but in sims it loads the app and then when it's about to run it suddenly crashes:

What I've tried:

  1. Uninstall and install again the sim
  2. Launch XCode with Rossetta
  3. Move my Derived Data path

Any suggestions?
