Technical problem with TensorFlow

Hello, I am trying to install tensorflow on my mac m1. After following the procedures stated by apple, I can install tensorflow and import it into jupyter notebook.

However, when I run my program I get an error message (below).

This program works correctly on google colab. The problem is probably with my computer but I don't know how to fix it.
