Xcode14.2 CPU Counter is not support iphone14Pro(A16)?

when i use the xcode14.2 CPU Counter tool to detect the process of iphone14Pro, it told me cpu unsupported, can anyone tell the reason?

I can get CPU counter information from A16 (iOS 16.6.1) and Xcode 15 (15A240d).
