ios 16 not connecting app to the internet - known issue?

Hi,

Error upon opening an app "No Internet Connection", make sure your device is connected to internet.

Issue consistently appears upon installing iOS 16.2 on different devices. Issue is clearly on 16.2 version. On iOS 14, 15 app works just fine.

Already tried:

  • restarting device
  • making sure no VPN is installed
  • turning on Cellular data only
  • turning on WiFi only
  • resetting Network Settings

Nothing works. Clearly, something new in iOS 16, not mentioned in Release Notes

Any ideas will be appreciated.
