Ventura update install defaults iCloud agreement to local language.

Just installed OSx 13.2. During the set-up I had to agree to a new user agreement for iCloud which was presented to me in Japanese with no option I could see to change it to English. Just because I live in Tokyo doesn't mean I can read Japanese. If I've just agreed to give Apple my first-born, you can have him. He's a waste of space - and food. Just make sure he changes his underwear once a week.
