Hello. I created a School/Community app. I desire for specific users in the community to receive push notifications based on a category. I would like to give each school district within a county a specifc category so that I can send them all push notifications. For example, Northern Lebanon School District Girl's basketball ball team made it to states! I would like this notification to just go to users within this school district to receive that message. I would be grateful to anyone who can lead me in the right direction.
