Custom Layout for Assistive Access

Is it possible yet to provide a custom layout for those using Assistive Access? I know we can provide support but what if we want to change the layout entirely?

The Meet Assistive Access video states "Don’t design or implement your app differently in Assistive Access" but isn't this what Apple is doing with Contacts and Phone etc.

Please follow the guidance in Meet Assistive Access as you mentioned. :) You should not provide a different design when running in Assistive Access (and we don't provide API to detect whether or not your app is running in Assistive Access).
