Xcode (Not Responding)

I have a MacBook Pro M2 Pro and constantly when I open Xcode to run some project it goes into infinite loading. I have tried as an alternative to restart the computer and even turn off for 10 minutes and it always stays in infinite loading. When I open the activity monitor it shows me Xcode Not Responding and I always have to kill Xcode by this application. Does anyone know how to solve it?

I am having the same issue with M1 MacBook Pro , I was using it perfectly for weeks, and then one day I go to open it up and it's freezing.

not quite sure what the issue is but I would be very interested if you find anything that works.

My app is very simple, it's just Content on multiple views for Apple TV.

I noticed that my ram usage for Xcode keeps going up (currently at 840mb) im going to let it run not responding for a bit longer and see if it comes back to life.

Please let me know if you find a solution before I do
