I am planning on creating an app that will include NSFW content. I've noticed that apps like Reddit and Chai AI have NSFW content, even though I thought that wasn't allowed. How are they able to feature such content? I saw that with Chai AI, users need to toggle the 'Show 18+ Content' option in the app's settings, and on Reddit, users have to enable the NSFW option on the desktop website. What are the requirements for including NSFW content? My app won't be entirely NSFW, but it will have a significant amount of such content. All content on the app is from the users if that matters not hard-coded by me.

Lately I’ve noticed that those same apps have restricted/removed some NSFW features, I wonder if there’s a relation to this and apple or if it’s purely a change on there part.
