hi ,
not familiar about app store or about the development. I got a freelancer who can fix issues and update it for me. Added him with admin role but he can not submit updates. Below is the screenshot of what he sent me.

I tried to access the agreement page but i can not go passes the page where we find the following info :
"The updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement needs to be reviewed. In order to update your existing apps and submit new apps to the App Store, the Account Holder must review and accept the updated agreement by signing in to their account on the Apple Developer website."
The support link is not working too.
I need help please. How do i contact app store help?
