So since ive updated to macos Sonoma [macOS 14.0 (23A344)] i have been facing an issue of apps not having a connection.
After a while of having my laptop on, it cuts off connection from certain random apps. One moment I am using my mac and suddenly webex doesnt have a connection after i boot up the app. I check if safari can still look things up and it seems the rest works fine, i can google, use apple music and all that.
I can restart the app i have the issue with all i want but it wont fix the connection for that app until i restart my mac. And ive faced this issue with multiple different apps, like webex, spotify, whatsapp and app store.
It does not matter if i am at work, at home, with wired or with wifi.
Ive even tried looking at activity monitor network pane to see what is going on. But it seems like these apps cant send or receive anything as their byte traffic stays at 0. The network diagnostics did not result into anything either.
To me it seems like a bug which i havent seen people post about yet. Or it could only be me, either way i wanted to make a thread to start the conversation might other people face the same.
