I have iOS 15 Simulator, but I can't change build destination to iOS 15 simulator right after I update to Xcode 15. It just show me to get the iOS 17.
I checked the build target is set to 12.4...
is there any other way to change it?

It seems you have not installed the iOS 17 simulators.
When installing and launching Xcode, you should get a message to install new extensions. Did you get it and do it ?
