AFAIK our documentation site does not publish any RSS feeds. Personally I’d love to see that change, and I’d appreciate you filing an enhancement request for that. Please post your bug number, just for the record.
There are of tools that will poll a website and generate an RSS feed for the changes, so you could use one of those in the meantime.
