WKWebView can not load "https://www.baidu.com"

I created an WKWebView, but it can not load "https://www.baidu.com" and also it keeps calling decidePolicyForNavigationAction function it works well for other website @interface ViewController()<WKNavigationDelegate> @property (nonatomic, strong) WKWebView* webview; @end
