Accepting the iCloud T&Cs in iOS 10.2.1 - won't let me accept the terms and conditions

Hi there. I just upgraded to iOS 10.2.1, and I receive a message every few minutes (sometimes every few seconds) alerting me to accept the new iCloud T&Cs. When I click on T&Cs, select "Terms and Conditions," and then "agree," twice, I then immediately receive a pop up stating that the T&Cs have changed.


Any idea on what I need to do to stop this eternal loop happening?

I've been getting the same message for the last couple of months. Visited and Apple store and the clerk said to restore my iphone to see if that would fix the issue. I have not performed a restore yet. He also appeared to have never seen this issure before. Still hoping to find a solution without having to restore my device.

I just solved this issue. Hope it works for you and everyone else. Here's what I did:


Go to Settings>Mail>Accounts. For each iCloud account (and @me.com account), select the account and on the next screen you'll see a entry to accept the new icloud terms and conditions. Accept the new terms and problem solved.


For me, I could reproduce the looping message simply by opening the Reminders app. After accepting the new terms and conditions, I could not reproduce the looping message from using the Reminders app. Yippeee!!!
