Hello folks, I am having this issue, see picture. I used to have the account installed and working, I had to delete it and reinstall with this result. But I am not able to find the Stole Device Protection in settings. Using iPhone 13 Pro Max with latest iOS available.

I'm having the exact same issue and would also like to know (iPhone 14 Pro Plus)
use search in settings using term ‘stolen’
you have to wait an hour then remember to turn it off again.
