xcode error "which exceeds the maximum allowed size of 60 MB."

Hi. When I uploaded xamarin.iOS project to app store (testFlight) use xcode, the following message is appeared.

Invalid Executable Size. The size of your app's executable file 'appname.iOS' is 77545472 bytes for architecture 'arm64', which exceeds the maximum allowed size of 60 MB.

When the first time of upload of this app., the uploading succeed. However the second time of uploading has succeeded. What happen?
