I was sent a zip file which contains my app. I now want to figure Out how to upload this zip into XCode so I can see/Use the app. How do I upload this zip?

App or project? Xcode won't open an app...
Find/select that zip file in the Finder, then right-click and choose to uncompress.
any resolution on this? I just acquired an app as well and im trying to upload into xcode. I unzipped it but it's a bunch of different files everywhere im not sure which one to select after hitting open on xcode
