Talk to text not working on messages, facebook messenger, google, teams, etc after upgrading to 17.4. I've rebooted the phone several times, but nothing seems to fix it.

I had the same frustrating problem after beta 2. I just updated to 17.4 beta 3 and speech to text is working again. Hope this helps someone.
