How do you organize stickers into groups so you can see clickable top category tabs inside iMessage?

Ive noticed on a few sticker packs, they have separated stickers into categories with tabs at the top such as "Original" and "Holiday".

*you can see an example of this in the free sticker pack called Fluffcorn


Is there a way to do this using xcode 8 in the sticker application?

Not in the Sticker Pack Template, you would need to make an iMessage Application and do the coding yourself.
