developer program support couldn't be worse, is a waste of time

It has been 96 hs since I have requested support for my developer account and haven't had any response

That was mostly the weekend, right?

Same problem, waiting since early Wednesday of last week, 96 hours +, and enrolment is pending for over a week. Very disappointing.
