Android only supports one connected Bluetooth A2dp device at a time. Each method is protected with its appropriate permission. Does iOS support multiple connected Bluetooth A2dp devices at a time? I which to stream from, e.g. iPhone to multiple headsets.

Yes i think they can be connected, a node mapped to the system but think the default system would only stream to one at a time. You would need to write your own mapping protocol, ie mixer to tell the OS which devs get which stream.
