Is there a way to get to the main app's documents directory from within a share sheet?

I would like to be able to save files to the app's main document's directory from within a share sheet. Is this possible?

Which “main app”?

There are two apps in play here:

  • The container app, that is, the app in which your extension is located.

  • The host app, that is, the app calling on your extension’s services.
