Digital Touch drawings going to 2 Watches because they share an iCloud account

So here's the issue. My wife and I have our own iCloud accounts for Messages and Faces. And we also have those signed in under Settings - Mail, Contacts, Calendars so we each have our own Notes, Contacts, Calendars syncing.

But...under Settings - iCloud, we are both using the same account. We do this so we both use the same Photos, and it is a 3rd account so it's not the one either of us uses for anything else.

This works for us because as we both take photos, they all merge together for both of us, allowing either of us to edit/delete/organize them and have those adjustments sync across all our Apple devices.

So both of our watches show this iCloud account under General - Apple ID in the Apple Watch app. This has been fine on 1.0 and 1.0.1. And even now on Beta 2, my texts only go to my watch and my calls only come into my watch. What is messed up is that any Digital Touch message sent to me goes to both watches, and if a call is made to me using a watch, that call also goes to both watches.

So I'm wondering if this is a bug, or something I should start finding a permanent solution to. I don't want to switch to Google Photos or something and then find out it's fixed in the final 2.0 release you know ?

Here's our set up:

Wife's

- iPhone 6 running 8.3 (currently the latest general release)

- Apple Watch running 1.0.1 (currently the latest)

Mine

- iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 9 beta 2

- Apple Watch running watchOS 2.0 beta 2

I'd look into family sharing, it will allow you to basically still share photos, app purcahses, etc. while keeping everything else seperate. Here's a link:

Thanks for the reply. We have considered this, the only issue is you basically have to do that manually. It's not a huge pain, as it would essentially look like this:

Wife and I both takes photos on a trip for example. Hers are going straight into the main Photos library but mine are not. But, I share mine by adding them to Family Share. She then downloads them from Family Share to her Camera Roll, adding my photos to the main Photos library as well.

The downsides to this are that it's not automatic. You can't just have new photos show up in there. And also, it doesn't do that "optimize library" thing. So if I just keep adding all new photos into Family Sharing, we would both run out of physical space on our phones. Even if we both have optimize library turned on. Because it doesn't apply that to shared albums.
