I have iOS18 beta, I cant turn on iMessage, there’s no option for it anymore in settings, so I can’t send regular basic green messages either, anyone else? Thanks.

Please report this problem to the Apple Feedback App and wait for the next beta update, which may appear tomorrow. (Beta2)
please note that a beta is by no means a full version but a trial version of an upcoming update. In the worst case, I recommend that you reset the device to the official iOS 17 version via the MacBook. The betas are actually not intended for daily use.
(I recommend Beta 7-8 because they are usually reliable and safe or RC)
