Action Button Controls App Action: Any way to turn off requiring faceID/Passcode?

For action button flashlight, shazam, etc. you can fire the action without faceID/passcode unlock. Is there anyway to allow this for a controls app? Currently you must unlock with faceID or passcode for action to fire.
